Refund policy
At 3 Birds, we prioritize the careful and secure packaging of our gifts to prevent any damages during transit. In the rare instance of damage, customers are entitled to a replacement item at no additional cost upon providing proof of damage. Our dedicated team manages each case closely to ensure a smooth resolution. Please note that refunds or returns are not standard procedures, and each case is handled on an individual basis.
Cancellation or refund requests can only be accommodated if the item is still in the pre-production phase, not prepared, and not yet shipped out. The processing time for local bank refunds is 3-5 working days, while credit card/PayPal refunds may take 7-14 working days.
It's important to highlight that strict no-refund or cancellation policies are in place, given that our items are specially made to order for each customer. Once an item has entered the processing stage, refunds are not possible.
Please be aware that 3 Birds cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier service. As we lack control over delivery times, especially during peak periods, no refunds or cancellations can be granted.
For changes to the delivery date or card message, a minimum notice of 2 days is required, provided the item has not yet entered the processing stage (subject to case-by-case evaluation).
In the event of damages or missing items, customers must promptly inform the 3 Birds team upon delivery. Should an item be unavailable, we will replace it with a similar or higher-value alternative.
