Shipping policy

At 3 Birds Gifting, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our delivery terms and conditions below:

1. Delivery Services
   All gifts are securely packed in an outer box to ensure safe delivery.
   Standard shipping within Malaysia is free of charge via our courier service.
2. Door-to-Door & Express Delivery
   Door-to-Door Delivery: RM25 per location.
   Express 1-Day Service (Klang Valley only): RM30 per location. Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery (not available on Saturdays & Sundays).
3. Bulk Deliveries (Klang Valley)
   Bulk deliveries (two or more locations): Free delivery for the first location, RM25 per additional location.
   Bulk delivery to a single location remains free of charge.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
   All recipient details, including addresses and personal information, are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for order fulfillment.
5. General Terms
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. 3 Birds Gifting is not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
   If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, additional redelivery charges may apply.
